Who is
Danny?

I don't lead with a biography. I lead with a perspective — that most organisations don't have an idea problem. They have a structure problem.

[ The story ]

Technology is rarely the real problem.

I started as a software engineer in Zambia.

Over time, I realised that technology is rarely the real problem. Many organisations invest in websites, software, marketing, and new tools, yet continue to face the same operational challenges.

The root cause is often a lack of structure.

Today, my work focuses on helping organisations design better systems — whether through software, process improvement, digital transformation, communication frameworks, or strategic planning.

That work now sits at the intersection of systems engineering, software development, digital transformation consulting, technology consulting, and systems architecture.

This perspective has allowed me to contribute to projects across business management, education, tourism, healthcare, legal technology, and entrepreneurship.
