Lawcentr was created to address a challenge that many law firms face: managing legal work, billing, client relationships, and firm operations across disconnected tools and manual processes.
As founder and lead systems architect, I led the design and development of an integrated legal practice management platform that brings together case management, client management, legal costing, billing, document management, financial tracking, and operational oversight into a single system.
One of the platform's key innovations is the automation of Bills of Costs, a process that traditionally requires significant manual effort and can take hours or even days to complete. By digitising and structuring legal costing workflows, Lawcentr helps firms improve efficiency, consistency, and profitability.
The project reflects my broader belief that technology should not simply digitise existing inefficiencies, but should improve the way organisations operate.
